Form isn't showing up on Chrome for MAC

  1. The form isn't showing up on Chrome for MAC.

    I read through the forums and haven't found a solution.
    I looked at the source code and see a line here that seems odd. Is this the cause of the problem? If so, how can I remove it?
    LINE 132
    <div class='gf_browser_chrome gform_wrapper' id='gform_wrapper_1' style='display:none'>

    I don't have a Mac, so I can't see what you are seeing. It works fine on Firefox, IE, and Chrome on my Windows 7 PC. The line you've pasted is not the problem. Conditional logic requires those details, and it is being output as it should. We just put out a new release of Gravity Forms today, can you try that? Also, can you test to see if the form displays fine when using the Twenty-Eleven theme?

    for the record. I do see the form fine in Chrome Mac.

    It could be some sort of a cache issue if you're still not seeing it.

  4. Hi Kevin,
    The <? php wp_footer(); ?> is in my footer.php file.

    So the issue is most likely one of caching or a browser problem. Do you have a caching plugin enabled? Can you preview the form in Chrome inside WordPress' admin panel?

  6. Hi David,
    I've updated the gravity forms plug in. The automatic update wiped the plugin out so I had to restore everything from a backup. I updated manually. I tested it again (I'm working with someone else who is having problems on their Mac using Chrome) and after clearing cache and reloading the forms (with the updates applied) the form still isn't showing up.

  7. Works fine for me on Chrome on Mac and Windows 7. I suspect there is some cached JavaScript causing this trouble. Can you try a new "incognito" session in Chrome on the Mac and see if that brings the form up?

  8. Thanks for following up and for the suggestions. I'm going to have the user try it in incognito. It's starting to look like a computer specific issue.
