Form Matrix

  1. I am trying to create a table or matrix on a form for contractors to access a building. I want the titles to be Date Needed/Time/Freight Y/N/Loading Dock Y/N. They need to have at least 4 lines where they can enter different dates/times, ect. An example of this form in PDF is here:

    It is the table towards the bottom. Is this possible in GF??

    I don't see any table based data in the Building Access Request Form For Tenants. But you can use CSS to line up fields in almost any way. Check out our documentation here:
