Form message after a submission

  1. I originally created this form with no duplicates in the title field
    http://www.completetrivia.com/venues/add-your-venue

When I tested it all was fine but then for a second submission I received this message
You may only enter each individual venue once

I edited the form and removed all no duplicate conditions, I deleted the test post, the form returned and I entered a new test post. The message has returned, hiding the form again.

Do I need to delete the form totally and recreate it?

  2. There is no way to know what is going on without looking at your specific form setup. This would require a WordPress admin login for your site. You can send this to us via our Contact Us form and reference this post if you want us to look into it.

Or you can try saving your form again and retesting, or recreating your form if you do not want us to access your site.

  3. Sorry - my fault. I took a last look and realized I hadn't removed the no duplicate from the form title field that limited to one entry - duh!

  4. Good to know it was something simple and not a more serious issue. Thanks for the update!
