Form Not Appearing

  1. I have been working on a Form tonight, that has been showing as recently as this evening. I made a lot of changes, including many conditional logic fields.

    Salient facts:
It is an extensive "New Client Intake Form".
    It does not preview.
It does not show in Twenty-Ten.
It does not show even if I deactivate all other plug-ins.
All of that was done with a "duplicated" version of the FormI did try duplicating the form, with the results (not visible).
I created another Form tonight -- a basic "Contact" form, for a sidebar widget. It does show.
I deleted Formidable Forms (because Gravity Forms is superior and I did not want to have a Plug-in conflict.
For my Contact form I added CAPTCHA, and the system told me to get a free account and enter the codes in "Settings", which I did.
I thought perhaps my form was too long (is there a limit on fields on the One-Website version?) So I went into a duplicate and deleted many fields, but still not visible.
I logged out of my Wordpress site and logged back in, but still not visible.

(Obviously I did search the forum for help before posting.)

Perhaps II should also mention that the option to have two or three columns does not show up on any of my field panels. I saw it one time, and not since. And the css code to move the field left or right does not work either.

    Help would be appreciated. Thanks.

  2. Can you post a link to a single form that's not working. Also, can you export the form in question (the one that does not show) and email the XML file to me to rob@rocketgenius.com so I can take a look. Please reference this post in your email.

    Here is the link: http://www.pickenlaw.com/client-intake-form/

I will now export the form.

  4. So I loaded the form into my dev site and it loaded up and worked just fine. You'll want to make sure you properly test for a theme/plugin conflict:
