Form not appearing on Child Page

  1. For some reason we have a form that does not show on the child page when grouped with a parent (it just shows the parent page text instead of the form). When you make that same page independent from the parent, the form appears. Any ideas why this could be happening? Just updated to latest version, but it was doing this in the previous as well.

  2. Can you post links to the pages where this is happening? Gravity Forms work fine on all sorts of pages, posts, child pages, widgets, template files, etc.

If the form uses conditional logic, it's possible there is a JavaScript or jQuery error on the page causing it not to show.

  4. Can someone please look into this for us, as the issue is still here. We have disabled all plugins, tried default themes, etc. etc.
