Form not displaying at all in IE9

    Hey guys, would really appreciate some help. My site works perfectly on every browser (both MAC and PC) except for IE9. Did a search here already before posting but didn't find the answer. Here's the link to a product page on my site: http://goo.gl/svA4R

    I'm running IE9 and I can see it. At least I can see the one that says... "talk about hassle-free!" Is that the one?

    Please see if the form works in IE9 using the form preview. If it does, please check for theme and plugin conflicts by following these steps http://rkt.gs/testing
