Form not displaying on page.

I have read some of the other topics and I believe I have experienced a similar error when using conditional logic in my form. I have deleted the browser cache and restarted the browser many times. I have also updated to the newest version ( 1.6.4.1.1 ) of gravity forms. The only add-on I am using is the Authorize.net add-on for word press plus a handful of other non-related plug-ins. I cannot disable the other plug-ins. Here is link to the page that the form is not showing on.

I will be adding an SSL certificate to the page after I get it working correctly.

I disabled the "Easing Slider" plug-in, and it seems to have fixed the problem. Do you know if there is anyway I can still use the jquary slider plug-in with the new gravity forms?

  4. I'm not sure - you might want to reach out to that plugin developer to have them use and enqueue the latest jQuery that always ships with WP. That's how we do it - which is the preferred and safest method.
