"Form not found" after updating to 1.7 to 1.7.4

    I have updated all of my sites and my client's sites, except one.

    One client has a VPS on LiquidWeb and when trying to update to any 1.7 version, the forms do not show and say "Form not found".

    The problem is that there are A LOT of forms, as widgets and shortcodes. So it will take a long time to go through them and since the last 1.6x version works perfect, I'm not going to go through the trouble unless I really have to.
