Form not passing all info to Paypal

  1. I have 'linked' all the G-form fields to the paypal fields, however, only the first and last name are being passed to Paypal. How do I activate the other form fields to pass after I have linked them according to the instructions?

  3. Are you guys using the latest versions of the PayPal Add-On and Gravity Forms as well as WordPress? Can you provide links to the forms in question?

    i also have similar issue, i use the the gravity forms add-on for my client's woocommerce to add some options to the products. but gravity forms did not pass all the info to the woocommerce orders page. this happens to options that are provided with dropdown interface. help me please, thank you

    I am having the same issue. Most of the linked form info is not passed to PayPal, just first name, last name, email. Payments do process successfully. Using latest version of everything. Very troublesome bug; have to manually reconcile GF database with PayPal reports.
