  1. We have recently added Gravity forms on our site. We are trying to save a new form and it doesn't works. Button simply does not work. We have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin. Can you help us?

  2. Please ensure you are using the latest Gravity Forms and WordPress (currently 1.6.11 and 3.5, respectively.) If that is true, please proceed to checking for theme and plugin conflicts by following these instructions http://rkt.gs/testing

It could also be a memory issue on the host, but that normally presents a different sort of error. If the problem does not seem to be from a theme or plugin, please let us know how much RAM is available to PHP and WordPress.

  3. Thank you for yo answer.

We have the latest version for the plugin and Wordpress, after we upgrade Wordpress to 3.5 version, the plugin worked just fine.
Now we can't edit or save any form field.

  4. One other thing to try is a completely different browser. Sometimes cached JavaScript can cause this. If that does not work, please check for theme and plugin conflicts http://rkt.gs/testing

If you post a link to the site where a Gravity Form is embedded, we might be able to tell from the front end if there are conflicts which could affect the form builder.

Did you go through the theme/plugin conflicts troubleshooting list? Nine times out of ten, going through that solves the problem or at least identifies it.
