Form not saving

  1. Just moved my site to a new domain and it stopped saving forms. I have put the license in the new site and change my site url on my account here. I posted elsewhere and a support person asked these questions:

    - You mentioned you moved from one domain to another. How did you do this? Did you migrate the database from one server to another? Did you not move the database and this is simply a different site that you are installing Gravity Forms on? We would need details on what you mean by this.

We moved from one server to another and yes we did migrate the database. Could there be something that needs to be changed in the database?

    - When you say you can't make any changes. Does that mean you can't edit an existing form and then edit the individual fields? I'm not referring to saving your changes, i'm referring to being able to edit the fields and make changes before saving.

I can edit but it does not save the changes - it shows an error message and tells me to contact support.

    - When you say you can't add new forms. Same as above. Does this mean your new form simply won't save or does it mean you can't add new fields to even get to the point where you could save?

It did work to duplicate a form - and I can change things on that form but it won't save.
It also won't save if I edit a previously created form.

Please help asap - this needs to be live yesterday.

Sounds like it might be a memory issue. Check out:

We've had the same the problem, it doesn't seem to be related to be related to memory. When I revert version 1.5.8 the problem is fixed.

  4. It could still be a memory issue. The latest version of the plugin requires more memory, so you could be running out of RAM. If you are having trouble, please feel free to start a new topic for your issue with specifics and we will be happy to help you there. Please describe your problem in detail and we give detailed support.
