form not sending to paypal

    I have 2 issues.

    1. When the form was working, the payment would properly get processed at paypal but the IPN was not updating in the entry log in gravity forms. I have confirmed everything is set up right at paypal with IPN on and this link as the link. http://homediary.com/?page=gf_paypal_ipn (note i have a maintenance plugin turned on to avoid site access right now). Ideas on why it is not getting pulled back?

    2. other issue is now the form will not send to paypal. i complete the form and hit submit and it just spins and never pops the paypal login form. it was working yesterday, not today. I have a pretty complex form with some calculations but i have gone through them all, and as I said, was working yesterday (besides the ipn issue). Ideas on why it is hung up?

    We would have to be able to see the form online to see what's happening. If the form hangs on submission, there could be a theme or plugin conflict. You can check for those by using these instructions http://rkt.gs/testing

    The maintenance plugin can interfere with your site receiving the IPN. I'm not clear if that was active when you were having a problem or not.

    If that IPN URL is publicly accessible, and PayPal is set up correctly (IPN is enabled) then the issue is PayPal cannot get the information back to your site. What does your IPN History at PayPal say? If you resend the IPN, without the maintenance mode plugin active, does it update the payment status?
