Form Not Showing

  1. I'm using WP multisite and am attempting to put in a simple form; no embedded logic. The form only shows: Price: $

I have other sites with fairly complex forms with no problems. I have seen posts suggesting the theme being unable to use short codes. How do determine if it is the theme?

My page is located at http://www.tomsnow.payartists.com. I'm using Pagelines iBlog Pro theme, perhaps you can tell. I have posted a request for assistance on the Pagelines forum as well...

    Thanks!

  2. I just took a look at your source on that page I don't see anything in the source code that suggets there is a gravity form on the page. I see a reference to our stylesheet, but that's it.

You can run the conflict gambit by following these instructions here:

  4. Found it; The 'Simple Google Checkout Shopping Cart' plugin (Jason Capshaw dot com) was the culprit. Should have done the deactivations of my plugins before posting, but this may help someone else.

Thanks for the links Rob. Help's always appreciated...
