Form not showing on page

  1. Can someone help?
I've used the add gravity form icon to embeded form within a page. Here's the code and what was embeded on the page: [gravityform id="1" name="Test Form" title="false" description="false"]. I can view the page but the form does not appear.

I've been able to view forms on this page with formbuilder and contact form 7. Can someone tell why I can't view the gravity form?

    Thanks

Can you please link to your page with a form embedded on it so we can take a look?

Usually, we have people run through the following as a theme or plugin conflict is the most common issue:

  3. Are you talking about the gravity form or a workable form like contact form 7?

I'll also check your link for test for a theme.

    Thanks

  4. Hi.

I just refreshed my screen and it now seems to work. Not sure why there was a problem earlier.

    Thanks

I meant a Gravity Form. It sounds like you were having page caching issues, either with a WordPress caching plugin or browser caching. Glad it worked itself out.
