Form not submitting in IE

    I've changed the theme to Wordpress 2012, disabled all plugins, however, I'm still unable to submit the form.

    Works fine in Safari & Firefox.

    Can someone advise?

    I was able to submit the form using IE9 on Windows 8 just now. I received this confirmation message:

    "Thank you for your submission. You will receive an email confirmation of our receipt of your submission within 48 hours."
