Form not working

    The form will work when i choose to preview the form, by working i mean.. i can enter data into the fields and submit, the email notification comes through and the successful submission text is posted on the preview section
    but the form does not work when it is included into a website page, when you submit the data dissapears and nothing happens, email notification no entry into database, nothing

    yes i have done that... even down the gravity forms being the only plugin
    so at the moment the only plugins i have is Gravity Forms, All-in-One Event Calendar by Timely (i did deactivate this to see if it would change).
    The theme is Fast blog
