Form Notifications are Not Sending

    Hi,

    We've implemented gravity forms on an internal blog where all our employees can submit a report using gravity forms. I configured the plugin to send a notification email alerting us when a report has been submitted. This worked as designed for about 2 weeks. After receiving a complaint that a report had not been responded to, I checked the backend of the site and realized we had been missing all submissions made since February 15th. No configuration changes were made.

    Please help ASAP.

    Hi Joey,

    I have to admit it's strange that the email notifications worked for a couple of weeks and then stopped, since Gravity forms doesn't actually handle sending the emails how are they being sent, I mean is your server configured to send email or are you using a SMTP plugin.

    Also what versions of wordpress and gravity forms are your running?

    Running 3.0.4 and I just updated to the most recent version of GF. I believe you might be right about the server configurations, unfortunately my point of contact on that side of things is out of the office until Monday. I appreciate the response and apologize I can't provide more information at this time.

    No problem, one thing I would point out is that Gravity Forms requires a minimum WordPress version of 3.2 so I would recommend updating that to the latest 3.3.1 release to get all the latest security and bug fixes. Check out the right column of the footer on any page of this site for the Gravity Forms minimum requirements.
