Form Preview does not reflect actual form on site

When I created a new form, I added the following text to the Untitled Form widget that is in the default top position of the form:

"Have a comment or question? Shoot me a message using the form below. Thanks!"

This text corrects appears right above the "Your Name" widget in the form preview as expected.

But when I published the page, I don't see the text "Have a comment or question? Shoot me a message using the form below. Thanks!" at all. You can see what I mean here:

  2. You're talking about the form description. When embedding a form, you have the option to display the form title and form description above the form.

It sounds like you've unchecked the option to display the description. If you check your page in the admin, your shortcode probably has the description set to false.. something like this.

    [gravityform id=1 name=ContactForm 1 title=false description=false]

if so, you can simply delete the "description=false" portion of the shortcode, save the page and you should then see the description output along with the form.

Deleting the "description=false" portion of the shortcode worked. Much appreciated.

I guess I should have figured that out by looking at the code, but I'm code illiterate and I glossed over it... :)
