Form Redirect/Page Not Working

  1. Hello,

I am trying to understand why the form redirect/page function works as it does. The simple contact form below is simply meant to redirect/page to a Thank You page yet each time I tried it last night I get this weird page "refresh" that takes me to the form page then the Thank you page open after a few seconds.

I tried both redirect and page in the Advanced setting for the form, but both have the same exact behavior. This is true for a second form on my site.

Can someone please tell me how to get a proper page redirect when the form has been submitted?

    Thank you,
    Derek

  4. It should automatically redirect without a page refresh. It sounds like you could be experiencing some sort of javascript or plugin conflict. Can you try deactivating ALL other plugins, and activate the default Kubrick theme and let us know if it still happens?

  5. Hi Carl,

The issues it not that it requires a page refresh. The issue is that it does not go directly to the redirect page instead going to what appears to be the same page without the form and then jumps within a few seconds to the redirect page that I have created and specified in Wordpress.

I will speak with the dev who is helping with my site about disabling everything and get back to you.

    Thanks
    Derek
