Form Results Not Being Sent to Requested Recipients

  1. My client has been using Gravity Forms for some time with no problem. All of a sudden, none of their form results are being received by the intended recipients. I have determined that the form results ARE being saved by GF in their database for review. Any suggestions? Here's one of the forms that may aid troubleshooting:

  2. Hi, Griff,

Gravity Forms uses WordPress' mail function for sending out the admin and user emails. Has anything changed with your WordPress email setup which may be causing the issue?

  3. Dana-

No changes have been made that I am aware of. Since I posted this and advised the client that the issue may be a problem with their e-mail server, I have had not been notified that they are still having issues. Appreciate your thoughtful followup!

  4. Email issues are going to be either caused by the web server settings, or the email server where the email is being sent to.

Have you tested the notifications by changing the Send To address so that it goes to a different email address such as a @gmail.com email address? If not I would suggest doing so and test to see if it arrives. Be sure to check the gmail spam folder to make sure it wasn't flagged as spam.

Let me know how the above test goes and we can go from there.
