First let me say that this form was working as of last March.
My form has three pages. When I complete all of the fields on the first page and click next I get the basic error message "There was a problem with your submission. Errors have been highlighted below." Unfortunately nothing is highlighted? Is there a way to debug the page?
I'm in the process of re-creating the form and so far no errors. This is a long form and I would really like to figure out why it is broken?

PS at first I thought it was because the page was secure and some of my images or not secure…but when I try the http version I get the same error.
