    Hi Guys,

New to gravity forms, however loving it. I have developer license and wondering if someone help me achieve below setup. I'm sort of stuck in a way.

    1. What I need : 2 forms. 1 form to pay invoice with paypal, 2nd form to book an appointment

    2. I have created both forms, however I need these forms to be able to register a user if new and make payment as well as appointment.

for an example let's say I have a new user who wants to pay an invoice. So the form capture data such as name, address, email, invoice number, amount etc.. however if the user hasn't been registered to site before then I need to have a registration section and if registered then I need them to be able to login prior to paying. Same goes with 2nd form appointment.

Also, is it possible to show them form data through dashboard when logged in?

    Thanks in advance

  2. I would make each form available to logged in members only by checking the box "Require user to be logged in" on the advanced tab of the form settings. There is a place for a "require login message" which is displayed when the user is not logged in. In there, you can place some text like "Please register first" and link to your registration page, or you can even insert the shortcode for your registration form there and show that instead.

Once you configure that, we can move on to the next step.

    Hi Chris,

Thank you for your reply and sorry for taking long to update this thread. I have made changes as per your suggestions. Now the forms are only available to registered users and have placed a login and also register links.

How do I go about doing the next step?

    Thank you.

  5. What do you need help with at this point? The forms should be restricted to registered users only. What needs to happen next? Do you need help populating the fields based on the logged in user?

    Hi Chris,

Since you said in your first reply once I configure forms with registered user functionality we can move to next step. My next step is to show submitted info through dashboard.

is it possible to show them form data through dashboard when logged in? for an example, say I have a form to pay invoice, is it possible to show previously submitted invoice data? hope you get what I'm trying to achieve here.

    Thank you.
