    I am trying to let each of my site users submit and review a single form is this possible?

    Also is it also possible to let some users have more forms than others say some users based on thier level have 4 forms but most users just have 1 form ?

    Not sure what you mean by let them review a form. What does that mean?

    Regarding access to individual forms. Gravity Forms permissions are not that granular. The role or capability would have access to edit forms, create forms, view entries, etc, but then it is all users with that role.

    So there is no method at present to allow users "private re-editable forms/records" per user?
