Form Submission Directed to Specific Email Depending on Radio Button Selection

    Hello,

I have a radio button section on my form. The two choices are "yes" and "no."

If "yes" is selected, I want the form submission to go to a specific email address.

If "no" is selected, I want the form submission to go a different email address.

How do I accomplish this? Please advise.

    Thanks!

You would want to use Routing. In the admin notification, look for the word Routing and select it. This will give you the option to do what you need. All my best!

    That's a lot David.

Under notifications, I clicked the radio button called, "routing"

I setup two email addresses, one if a user checks "yes" and one if the user checks "no"

However, when I test the form and click the radio button labeled "no," the form doesn't submit to the email address I entered. The form submissions still go to the same email address, regardless if they choose "yes" or "no."

    Anything I'm missing?

    Thanks

Sounds like a plugin conflict stopping things from working. Can you try the following steps please? http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Testing_for_a_Theme/Plugin_Conflict
