Form submission notifications not sending

    The rest of the posts say they are being handled via priority support and then closed...

    I'm using the PayPal Pro Add-On and the form submission notifications are not being sent. They send fine without the credit card field. But if I add the credit card field, notifications fail to send, even if I customize the notification form message. Also, there is no error when I fill out the form, it says it was sent successfully...
