Form submission question

  1. We have just purchased the developer license. After a failed or succesful form submission the form now jumps to the top of the site. We want to change the location the form jumps to (top of the content area). How and where should we modify Gravity Forms? We just can't find out.

  2. Try enabling AJAX on the form placement and see if that helps. Do you have a link to your form?

    Where can I enable the AJAX?

  4. AJAX is enabled in the shortcode when you embed the form into the page or post. Try inserting the shortcode into the page/post again and be sure to leave "Enable AJAX" checked. After that, the shortcode will have this inside it before the closing bracket:

    ajax="true"
