Form Submits but no Confirmation or Email being sent

    I am having a similar issue to this: http://forum.gravityhelp.com/topic/no-confirmation-being-displayed-and-no-mail-notification-or-entry-being-sent#post-3454.

    I deactivated all plugins and still nothing is working. The entries appear in the entries page, but no email is sent and no message is displayed to the user. It is supposed to say "Thanks for submitting an application to adopt one of our rescued pugs! One of our volunteers will be contacting you shortly." but the page doesn't even re-load or anything so users have no idea if the form even submits.

    I have other forms on the site that are working fine and showing a confirmation message. I have tried everything I can think of, but nothing is working. I would appreciate any suggestions you might have!

    @whitneykamish If you have ruled out a plugin conflict then it sounds like some sort of permalink/url rewriting issue. I see that you have AJAX turned on, can you change your shortcode so that the form isn't loaded with AJAX and let me know if it then submits properly? That could be the difference between this form and your others and could help us determine if it's an AJAX specific issue and we can go from there.
