Hello! I'm so sorry if this has already been covered or I'm being thick (most likely). I'm a wedding photographer and I've created a form for my couples to submit their final details for their wedding day to me. Myself and my friends have tested it and it seems to work fine, shows up in entries and emails me the details, great! but since I've used it with my clients (3 of them) they all have said they filled it out and it's submitted fine but won't show up at all in wordpress and i don't receive and email. I'm a bit lost as I'm not that confident with code :( the form is here: http://www.zoecampbellphotography.com/wedding-day-details/ I was wondering if it might be a timeout issue? when myself and my friends are filling it out it will take a few minutes but I guess, being quite a long form the clients will be taking a lot longer? any help is extremely appreciated!!!
