Form to send Email Form?

    Hi,

    If I create a form for User 1, how can I make it send to person A for reference and person B for endorsement (i.e. click OK or NOT OK)?

    Once the OK or NOT OK is indicated by person B,
    1) an email is sent to User 1 saying person B said OK or NOT OK.
    2) an email is sent to person C for 2nd round of endorsement (i.e. click OK or NOT OK) if OK

    Once the OK or NOT OK is indicated by person C,
    1) an email is sent to User 1 saying person C said OK or NOT OK.
    2) an email is sent to person A for reference if OK

    Do you have an example of this form? Sounds like the form is a pretty small part of it. The rest will be in the notifications and whatever links you include for the action with you click [OK] or [NOT OK]. Gravity Forms will be done long before that, with the initial form submission. After that, it's all up to you to code the reference email (this first one can be the Gravity Forms notification) and endorsement functions.

    Please post a link to the form if you have it though. I'd like to see what you're doing and ask more about what happens when you click [OK]. Thank you.
