I'd like to create a simple form for my users to fill out to schedule a new service order. Simple enough, but is there a way that, like in MY admin panel, they can review all the service orders they've submitted? Just as kind of an order history for just the forms they've submitted? Make sense? I don't think some advanced support ticket system is what I need but just a way for users to track and review their form submissions.
If not, can you offer any suggestions on achieving this?
