Form Tracking

  1. I'd like to create a simple form for my users to fill out to schedule a new service order. Simple enough, but is there a way that, like in MY admin panel, they can review all the service orders they've submitted? Just as kind of an order history for just the forms they've submitted? Make sense? I don't think some advanced support ticket system is what I need but just a way for users to track and review their form submissions.

If not, can you offer any suggestions on achieving this?

    Thanks!

    Dan

  2. Currently the only way to view entries is in the entry admin where you can view, edit and sort entries. So the only way to see all the service orders they've submitted would be to search entries for some identifiable information such as their email address. It should then list the entries that contain that email address.

  3. Hmm. I'd be looking for them to view ONLY their own form submissions and not view other form submissions though. Perhaps it isn't really that necessary for them to view their submissions via the website.

  4. I didn't realize you meant allow the user to view their form submissions. This isn't currently a feature of Gravity Forms. Entry data isn't displayed to the user. This is a feature we plan on focusing on as part of development for Gravity Forms v1.7.
