Form will submit but is not recorded and no e-mails are received

    Hi guys,

I've read the support forum for any kind of similar instance, and the only one I can find is this one:
    http://www.gravityhelp.com/forums/topic/form-not-submitting

Basically, I've been using Gravity Forms on multiple sites now for some time and I have a good understanding of how to use them and set them up properly.

We have 3 forms over at http://www.hotelinmarbella.eu/ and none of them are recording submissions, nor are sending out confirmation e-mail addresses even though notifications have been configured. The only confirmation we get is on the thank you page where it seems as if the form has actually gone through successfully.

It's such a weird problem. I just simply cannot get it to work. Would you like to have my login details just to double-check anything?

P.S. We're running this domain off a Hostgator account on a shared host, where we also have many other accounts set up that are running Gravity Forms perfectly.

    Cheers,
    Clément

Can you send me a WP Admin login to rob@rocketgenius.com so I can take a look? Please reference this post in your email.

    Hi Rob,

You should have the Wordpress credentials e-mailed to you now.

Thanks for the quick response. Hopefully this isn't a complex issue.

    Cheers,
    Clément

P.S. Please also note that the views recorded for each of the three forms, are way, way exaggerated. I don't know how they show those large numbers—the site was only launched recently and we've had hardly any traffic.

  4. Looks like Akismet is spamming the entries: Screenshot

You can turn that setting to off on the Gravity Forms settings page.

  6. Your issue is different, clickassure. You have an issue with notifications not arriving. Please try installing and configuring the WP Mail SMTP plugin to make mail delivery from your server more reliable.
