Form won't display

I just purchased and am having difficulties ...

All I can see is the actual shortcode when I attempt to embed my form. I have tried deactivating plugins, switching themes and nothing works.

What could I try next??? Do I need to place something in the header.php file of my site?

Can you link to where you've embedded the form? Which version of WordPress are you using? What plugins do you have installed? Are you using the Visual editor when you embed the shortcode?

I have many plugins installed but switched them all off and it didn't solve problem. I also switched to html editor to be sure there weren't any other things being added by the visual editor. So I did indeed try both.

I'm using latest version of wordpress

Something is stopping the shortcode from being processed, and it is likely your theme or a plugin. Can you work through the following instructions please? http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Testing_for_a_Theme/Plugin_Conflict

OK, I double checked. Switched themes as well as turned off ALL plugins and still doesn't work. So strange?

Can you send login details to peralty@rocketgenius.com with a link to this thread so I can log in and take a look (and know what I'm looking to do)?

Thanks, I checked it out. Strange issue. I've sent word to our developers to have a look at it. I may need FTP information as well. I'll let you know.

Thank you for looking into this for me. I changed back my login info. Not sure why you left the theme and plugins turned off for 2 hours... This is a live site!

Sorry about that, I have to admit, it was probably due to shock. I've never had it where the shortcode refused to be parsed, even after re-installing Gravity Forms and running the set-up routine. It completely baffled me. I'm sure the developers will figure it out though.

  11. I'm having the same difficulty. I'm using shortcode to create two columns of content. In my left column is where I'm wanting the form to display but it is only showing the actual shortcode instead of displaying the form.
