I just created a new form on my website, http://nnetsupport.ni.edu/contact/.
It is very simple...but when you fill it out, then try to submit it, the data entered in the name category disappears and it won't submit because that field is required.
When I make the field not required it does send, but the persons name does not come through on the form.
I should of also mentioned, I tried this with Ajax on and off...if that would of made a difference.

Ah...yes, sorry about that. We have a funky redirect going on while we develop right now. I'll be back once we can fix that.
