Form won't Submit - issue with "Fast Blog" Theme

    I just purchased and installed Gravity Forms. Installation and set-up went swimmingly until I tried to test the form out. It loads perfectly and looks great, but when you hit "Submit" the page just seems to refresh. There is no confirmation and it does not appear on the WP backend. I tested for plugin interference as suggested in another thread and it didn't solve the problem. However when I changed the theme to Kubrick, I found that the form DOES submit successfully. So it's a problem with the new theme I just purchased.

    Would anyone be willing to take a look at it and see if they can figure out what the theme interference is? Or is this an issue that I'll have to take up with the theme creator?

    Can you post a link to your form? Usually we defer to the theme creator, but we can take a look to see if we can find what might be the cause.

    Anyone who is having an issue with the Fastblog theme not allowing successful Gravity Form submissions, the issue is with the fastblog.min.js file which attempts to replace the submit button with a prettier version and in the process removes some critical hidden fields that GF relies on to process form submissions. Here is a patched version of this js file which should resolve this conflict.
