Formatting looks really bad

I have placed the shortcode in one of my pages, and the formatting gets all screwed up. Is there a way to fix this and make it look like the preview?

    Thanks!

  2. Your CSS path is wrong. The default form CSS isn't being loaded properly.

    returns a 404 error. screenshot: http://grab.by/9igX

You need to confirm your CSS path is correct and that all of the files are in the directory. It's possible that your installation didn't complete properly.

Thanks for the quick response. When I login to my ftp, it shows that the forms.css file is in fact in that folder. is there any other reason you can think of for this error?

I have looked a bit closer into this issue and realized that this plugin simply doesn't respond well to my theme. Is it possible to get a refund on the purchase?

  5. I'm sorry but because we sell non-tangible software products, we don't offer refunds. You can refer to our terms and conditions page for more details.

    http://www.gravityforms.com/terms-and-conditions/

You'll note that section 6 covers our refund policy.

We will still be happy to assist you getting the forms working. It's probably something that can be fixed with just a little effort.

  6. The fact that the forms.css doesn't load when you go directly to it is some sort of server configuration issue, not a theme or plugin issue. It's possible it's a file permission issue. Make sure the file permissions on the wp-content/plugins/gravityforms folder are set sufficiently.

There is nothing wrong with Gravity Forms. If your theme isn't developed using WordPress best practices and standard conventions then we can give you suggestions on how to correct that. Otherwise you are going to run into problems with lots of plugins, not just Gravity Forms. We can't give you a refund for something that isn't a Gravity Forms problem, but we can help you determine what is going on and what needs to be fixed.
