Since a couple of dayse my own made forms (dutch) are not viassable inside our website pages.
I`d made several forms (6 in total) but only one form works??
How can i make the forms active and vissable again.
Earlier i uninstalled the program, inside the database aswell, and made a re-install, but still even when i make a new page, there still not working and vissable.

Hi again. I responded via your contact e-mail. Thank you for posting here on the support site. I checked out your site with Google Chrome and using the Inspect tool, I saw many JavaScript errors. You would have to resolve these for Gravity Forms to work correctly.
Can I please have you try the following steps to see if there is a plugin/theme conflict that we can isolate?
