Forms have disappeared from site!

  1. I have been using Gravity forms on this site for 5 months and just now the forms have disappeared from the front end. I have not added any new plugins or changed the site except for updating content. Can you help? The forms are visible in the form editing area but not on the pages.

Can you link to your site? Also what version of Gravity Forms and WordPress are you using?

  3. Hi David, The site is: http://www.theastorhotel.com. I am using WP 3.3.2 and GF 1.6.4.2.1. There are several forms on the site. The one working form can be found at http://theastorhotel.com/the-astor-hotel-apartments/. The main form which is not viewable is located at http://theastorhotel.com/contact-us/.

Can you turn No Conflicts mode to Off in your Settings and see if that helps. Am I right in assuming your contact form uses conditional logic?
