Forms Import Not Functioning On Multi-Site Setup

  1. Hello,

I'm trying to import a gravity form into an already existing site on a multi-site network.

I get a successful form import message, but when I go to the edit forms page, there are no forms.

Here's a quick screencast showing the issue:

Also, I've added the WP-Config.php options to add the form to newly created sites and I tested that... it also does not work.

    Thanks!

  2. It could be that there is a problem with that one exported form. Can you import it into a non multi-site WordPress installation? Can you email that XML to chris@rocketgenius.com and I will try to import it on a single site installation and see what my experience is. Thank you.

  3. Hey Chris,

Email has been sent. I haven't yet tried importing it to a single site install. I'll try that and let you know how it goes.

  4. I can confirm that the form import works great on a single site install. I also tested this on a separate multi-site install and it imported fine. So the problem is specific to this site. What should I try on this site since the site seems to be the issue and not the form itself.

    Here are the site's details:

  5. You can start by checking for theme and plugin conflicts on the site where it's a problem http://rkt.gs/testing

  6. Hey Chris,

Sorry for the delay, I was out of town for a few days.

I've checked the form import on one of the Multi-Site Sub sites with Twenty Ten active and only Gravity forms on.... same issue. I get the success message and then there are no forms to edit.

  7. I just double checked with all network activated plugins turned off. Issue still applies.

  9. To add , I really do need this to work as soon as possible since the site is live and creating new subsites is not possible since they depend on 6 forms for most of their pages.

Many thanks Chris and support to your quick attention to this.

I also tried turning off all the other plugins, then just with GF activated, it won't even let me create new forms.

Can you switch to the default WP theme to check to see if it is a theme conflict?
