Forms inline display:none

  1. Hello,

After exporting my forms and loading them onto a client's site, both his and mine site's forms with conditional fields having inline style="display:none". The forms were working perfectly on my test site before I exported them out.

I followed all the advice in this thread http://www.gravityhelp.com/forums/topic/forms-not-showing-2 with no success. I switched to Twenty Eleven theme and the forms are there. I disabled all plugins and same issue.

I'm using Genesis framework with a custom skin (child theme).

Here is my test server: http://fw.coderiverlabs.com/walking-routes/. There is a form under "Find a Walking Route Near You!" and upon clicking the "Advanced Search".

    Thank you for your help!
    Julie
