Forms Menu not showing

    I just upgraded from personal to developer and installed it on a new client. However it does not display the menu. In the Plugins it shows activated. The folder is in the plugins. I'm stumped on why there is no form menu as I have seen before.

    In the FAQ it says this sometimes happens if the Members plugin is installed. Is it?
