Forms missing after site backup

    I'm trying to make a site backup prior to doing some work, but can't get Gravity Forms to backup successfully. Are there any known issues with backing up forms. I'm using version 1.6.3.3.4

    The forms are working fine on the live site, but when I create an offline duplicate site on my dev server one of the two forms are missing. There are no other issues with the duplicate site.

    I can provide more details if you let me know what you need, but just wanted to know if you've experienced this before?

    Did you try the meta recovery tool on the Downloads page?

    You can always export the forms and then reimport the XML files into the new site as well.
