Forms no longer showing

    I to day all of my forms on my site disappeared. All the forms are all accounted for on the dashboard. I tried to re like the forms on the pages but the drop down list comes out empty. as if there isnt any. Please help!!

    I have a multi site WordPress account. all my other site which also have forms on them are working it just the one site that is having the issues.
