Forms not advancing (steps or progress) or showing confirmation message

    I have 2 forms that seem to suddenly not work properly. Nothing has changed with the website or the forms plugin (http://www.globalcache.com). They are either not advancing to their next part or not displaying the confirmation information (which contains important download info).

    Anything you can do to help would be very appreciated. Our website and our business are very dependent on these features. The sooner I fix this, the sooner I can get back to other work. :-)

    You may want to test for any theme/plugin conflicts:

    Also, try testing the form from Preview within the formbuilder as well.
