Forms not being created on sub-directory sites

    Hi,

    For some reasons I am not able to create forms on the sub-directory websites, it works on the main site though. I have deactivated all plugins and det the default theme and it still doesn't work. What else could be causing this issue?

    Are you talking about a subdirectory installation of WordPress multisite?

    Also, what happens when you attempt to create a form on one of your subdirectory sites?
