Forms Not Saving on Multisite Setup

I have installed 1.3.13 on a WordPress 3.0 multisite setup. The plugin only added the necessary tables for the site I used to activate the plugin. All other sites don't get the tables installed which doesn't allow any forms to be saved. I also tried network activate vs individually activating each site and that didn't work either.

Do I have to manually create the additional tables for each site?

  2. We are unable to replicate this issue on our development Multi-Site install. Activating Gravity Forms on an individual site and using the Network Activate functionality is working fine in our tests. I created 3 new sites, and created a test form on each of those sites and submitted a test form on each of those sites without an issue.

If the plugin database tables are not being created then it sounds like your Multi-Site install is not activating them properly. You may want to try deleting the Gravity Forms plugin files completely, re-install the plugin and double check file permissions are correct just to be safe and then try again.
