Forms not showing up

I have two different forms (one on each page) at http://www.batonrougesummercamp.com/pay and http://www.batonrougesummercamp.com/register

Both pages show up fine in IE, Firefox, and Chrome on 3 different computers here locally, but client is saying that the forms are not showing up for him / his clients..

He said he's using the latest version of IE and has tried chrome and has deleted cache/cookies/etc.

Any ideas what might be the issue? CSS conflicts, etc?

Site is standard wordpress install using Optimizepress as theme, and no custom programming...

Any help would be greatly appreciated...

    Thanks,

    Mark

  2. Just tested in IE9 as well as several other browsers. I can't replicate any issue.. I see the forms just fine. Can you replicate the issue?

I would say it's a cache issue of some sort.. Is it possible that they have a proxy server on their network that has cached an older copy of the page?

    Hi Kevin,

No I can't replicate the issue either... Tried at different locations, different computers, different browsers and still can't replicate...

Told him to delete browser cache and they don't have a proxy server on their network, that I know of... Any other suggestions I could tell him to try?

  4. No ideas really. Have they tried viewing from multiple machines, etc? If so and they still can't see it then I would assume it's something on their internal network that's preventing it. I wish I could tell you something definitive, but thats pretty much all I have.. works everywhere else but their network then there's a disconnect there somewhere.

  5. Yeah, maybe you can ask them to take screenshots perhaps? Or use join.me for simple screen sharing?

I think I figured out the issue. It looks like the redirection setting on the form wasn't saving correctly when I had edited the form, so my client was just seeing a blank page (what happens when form is submitted without having a valid redirection url..

Thanks very much for your help!
