Forms will not display on page or preview!

I have a fresh install of Wordpress and GravityForms! They are both only about 30min old! Absolutely, nothing has been done but creating my first form. No Plugins are running! I am using the default Twenty Twelve theme.

I can't see a preview of the form I have created and placing the shortcode on my demo page also displays absolutely nothing. I am having no problems creating and editing forms!

The form I have created is very simple using the multi-page form feature.

Why are my forms not visible anywhere?
    What am I doing wrong?

    Developer License!
    PHP Version: 5.3.24
    MySQL Version: 5.1.68
    GravityForms: 1.7.2
    Wordpress: 3.5.1

If you aren't seeing any errors, nor running any other plugins or themes, then can you re-install Gravity Forms to see if it works? We have many people running a similar and more complex set-up without any issue, so we just need to identify what is special about your set-up.

Yes, I can give this a try! I just did the install of everything today! I purchased the developer license and downloading the plug-in within the last 24 hours. This is the only plugin i have installed. I simply used the Plugin up-loader to install GravityForms within wordpress.

Should I manually try the install via FTP?

The install was simply for testing so when i say "absolutely nothing is special about my set-up" i mean everything is 100% out of the box installs with zero changes to anything other than 1 plugin install of GravityForms! Obviously, i do understand something must be special i'm just at a loss. I appreciate your help!

Have you set-up your Permalinks? Are you able to create forms? Can you check your Forms -> Settings page and tell me what is set to on and off?

I just re-installed and it's still not working. I just changed/updated permalinks from default wordpress install setting as I hadn't even changed this yet. Still not working.

As i mentioned above I'm have no issue at all creating forms! This part is working just fine!

I have toggled all 3 of these settings to try and resolve the issue and still nothing!
    Output CSS: Yes
    Output HTML5: no
    No-Conflict Mode: Off
    reCAPTCHA has been set-up

Form Settings have been left to GravityForms default settings. I haven't changed anything here other than adding a Form Title and Form description. All other options have been left blank!

At this point, can you send admin login details to peralty@rocketgenius.com so I can log in and take a look at what's happening please?

Ok, so i might have found something but i don't understand why it's happening! I decided to use firebug to look at the code on the preview page to see if it was trying to display anything and i see this:

    <div id="gform_wrapper_1" class="gf_browser_gecko gform_wrapper" style="display:none">

When i remove the display:none within firebug i see the form as expected. Where is this display:none coming from?

Display none is for conditional logic, to show/hide fields based on user selection.

I had improperly set-up a conditional logic on the first input field! Thank you for your prompt response and working through the issue with me! Your help is greatly appreciated!

Nothing has changed about my set-up since we last talked but i have started trying to set-up a conditional logic again. As soon as I use a conditional logic on any field within my multi-page form, everything disappears again like before!

You have two versions of JQuery on your page. 1.8.3 and 1.7.2. One in the header and one in the footer. That could stop Gravity Forms from working when there is conditional logic.

Thanks, i had the same issue and deleting one line of Jquery solved the problem!

@David: Wouldn't it be nice to have GF automaticilly have checked if more then one JQ is active.... It looks to me like a common issue..

Gravity Forms doesn't control such things. We expect WordPress to run as designed, and if you install themes and plugins that hijacks the normal operation of WordPress, we can't control that. I appreciate you want things to work easily, but we don't want to add bloat to our codebase to continually override other plugins and themes...
