I urgently need help!
Since I updated the plugin today, only one of my forms is being displayed. The other two will not show when I use the shortcode. I just get the message Oops! We could not locate your form.
They worked fine earlier today

It's not necessarily a bug in Gravity Forms, if it was the forums would be flooded with reports and it's not. Unfortunately it's more likely being caused by the unique configuration on your site, there could be a plugin/theme conflict or you could be using an old version of WordPress or PHP.
Can you provide us with some more information about your setup, are WordPress (v3.5.1 latest), your theme and all your other plugins up-to-date, is jQuery up-to-date (v1.8.3) and what version of PHP is your server running?
You don't mention the version number you rolled back to but when WordPress 3.6 is released later this month Gravity Forms 1.7 will need to be installed, as GF 1.6 will not be compatible due to the major changes made in jQuery 1.9 that will ship with WP 3.6

Richard is correct, but I'd like to add that it could also be a caching plugin that is causing you some of these issues. Please make sure when you upgrade to clear your cache, and test your form in Preview mode to see if you get an error there as well. All my best!
