I've just installed Gravity Forms and on trying to create my first form I'm finding that changes won't save - I get the rotating wheel and 'Saving form. Please wait...' message, but it doesn't go any further than that.
Is there any reason Gravity Forms should 'hang' like this?
No, not under normal circumstances. Please let us know the following information:
- What version of WordPress are you running
- What version of PHP are you running
- What version of MySQL are you running
These values can be found on the Settings page of the plugin. Let us know what versions appears for each and we will start from there to debug the issue.

Did you delete the plugin and reupload entirely or did you deactivate and then reactivate? That would be helpful in knowing if you view this forum post again... thanks!
Have installed gravityforms, unable to save forms, uninstalled, deleted by ftp, re-uploaded gravityforms, activated plugin, cannot save the form after repeated attempts.

This sounds like a plugin conflict and unfortunately plugin conflicts are out of our control. Other plugins can do things that negatively impact our plugin. We can only do so much to prevent it from happening.
The first thing you will need to do is determine if there is a plugin conflict. In order to do so you will need to do the following:
- Deactivate all plugins
- Activate Gravity Forms
- Create a form in Gravity Forms and verify it saves, if it does continue...
- Activate each plugin one by one, testing Gravity Forms by editing and saving a form after you activate each plugin.
When you run across a plugin that causes Gravity Forms to stop working, let us know and we will look into it and see if there is anything we can do on our end to prevent it from happening.
