I am using WP 3.5 with the latest gravityforms.
I added a form here:

And it shows up fine in firefox and IE, but I can't seem to see it in chrome.
I tried to empty the cache, remove cookies, and restart the computer - non has helped.
The form also didn't show up in chrome from another computer I've checked.
Does the form show up for you?
Is there any suggestion for what might be the problem?

I had this problem a few days ago while looking at another issue of yours. The theme was different in Chrome and the form was not visible.
Today, I cannot see anything on the page rendered at all, although all the source of the page is there. The screen is just blank, in Chrome 23 on Windows 7.

But the theme looked different than I recall from a few days ago.

It was the same theme as before (I changed the CSS a tiny bit, and added a header image).
I am now from another computer, and again I see that the chrome browser gives in the first visit a blank page. And then, if I refresh, it gives the page as intended (but without the form).
I see that the problem with the form not showing up is happening again.
What can I do to solve this?
The site has no other plugin on (except for wp-dbmanager) and the theme is twenty eleven.
Any ideas?
Does the form show up properly every time when you preview it?
